  Had a roof leak leave about 75 square feet of wet carpeting in our office. Our regular carpet guy was out of town so we called the Butler. Required to sign a contract before notification of the cost of the work. It took the guys about 5 minutes to vacuum the carpet an plug in two fans. They came back in two days and removed the fans. Billed $750. That is a rip off. Cannot recommend this company.

  I have had a horrible experience with the Butler Group. They charged me for a service that I did not receive. For over 6 months, I was harrassed with phone calls demanding payment for a 3-day service when I only used the service for 1 day. The representative stated "I don't recall what the agreement was and it wasn't written down anywhere." I will not recommend this company nor will I use them again.
